Terms and Conditions

1. Payment

•  No booking or date is secured or confirmed until 100% payment has been received.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless the booking is canceled by Modern Etiquette with Olga.
• Payments can be made via secure online debit/credit card payments. (Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, ApplePay, PayPal.)
• Cash payments are not accepted under any circumstances. All online payments are handled through Stripe, and users are bound by Stripe’s terms of use.
• Payments must be in American Dollars unless otherwise stated or agreed.
• Payments via direct bank transfer may incur additional administration fees, and all bank transfer fees must be settled by the client.
• No travel arrangements will be booked until full payment or, where agreed, a suitable deposit has been made.

2. Refund Policy

• All our services, including online courses, private training, and group training, are non-refundable and considered final sales.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

•  Services can be canceled at any time; however, no refunds will be issued.
• Rescheduling Fees for Private and Group Training:
• In-person Training:
  – Within two months: 55% of the fee.
  – Up to three weeks: 75% of the fee.
  – Within seven calendar days: 100% of the fee.
• Online Training:
  – Within one month: 55% of the fee.
  – Up to three weeks: 75% of the fee.
  – Within seven calendar days: 100% of the fee.
• All online courses are non-refundable.

Minimum Attendance Policy:
If a training session does not meet the required minimum number of attendees, Modern Etiquette with Olga reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the session. A full refund will be issued within seven working days. Modern Etiquette with Olga is not responsible for any expenses incurred by clients due to cancellations or postponements.

4. Certificates

• Certificates of completion are provided only for private and group training sessions, both online and offline.
• Certificates are not available for online courses.

5. Intellectual Property

• Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use of our materials is strictly prohibited.
• All presentations and training materials are copyrighted by Modern Etiquette with Olga and may not be shared or distributed unless agreed in writing.
• By submitting a registration form, clients accept the terms of registration, which constitute a contract.
• Clients may state they have undertaken training with Modern Etiquette with Olga, but the duration, topics, and medium must be clearly stated without misleading wording.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

• Modern Etiquette with Olga is not responsible for damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
• The information provided is for educational purposes and does not guarantee specific outcomes.

7. Damage

Any costs incurred from damage or breakage to venues, properties, belongings, or equipment owned or sourced by Modern Etiquette with Olga or its affiliates will be covered by the responsible party.

8. Recording

• Recording any class, seminar, webinar, or workshop is prohibited unless permission is granted in writing.
• If permission is granted, recordings must only be used for personal purposes and not for commercial use or public sharing unless agreed otherwise.
• Occasionally, Modern Etiquette with Olga may take photographs or videos for promotional purposes. Clients wishing to opt out must inform us in writing before the course begins.
• Private 1:1 training sessions will not be recorded unless agreed in writing.

9. Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Tutors

• In-person Private Training: Students must arrive at the scheduled time. Tutors will leave after 15 minutes of lateness without prior notice from the student, and no refund will be issued.
• Online Private Training: Tutors will disconnect after 15 minutes of lateness without prior notice, and no refund will be issued.
•  For online training, students must connect a few minutes before the start time, as sessions will begin promptly.

10. Privacy Policy

Modern Etiquette with Olga takes privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on:

• What personal information we collect.
• How we use your information.
• Who your information may be shared with.
By using our website, you consent to our use of cookies to enhance your browsing experience.

11. User Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate information regarding bookings, including group size, dietary or medical requirements, and learning needs. Failure to do so may result in cancellations or postponements, with costs retained to cover incurred expenses.
• For online training, all participants must have their cameras turned on and microphones enabled unless otherwise agreed. Group sessions are strictly limited to one person per camera. Violations may result in disconnection without refund.

12. Changes to Terms

Modern Etiquette with Olga reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training due to unforeseen circumstances, including industrial action, government health advice, or national events. Clients will be informed promptly, and refunds will be processed as appropriate.
